Value Partners Group, one of Asia's largest independent asset management firms, has enlisted the services of investment management solutions provider Charles River for the firm’s portfolio management trading, compliance, and performance measurement and attribution.
Charles River, in a statement, said Value Partners selected The Charles River Investment Management Solutions (IMS), which will offer the company a single, integrated platform to support investment management activities across the firm's equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives operations. Hong Kong-based Value Partners manages US$12.9 billion in assets as of December 31.
By enlisting Charles River IMS services, Value Partners also can leverage Charles River's day-to-day application management, compliance rule advisory service, and the broker-neutral Charles River Network for global electronic trading via FIX.
Value Partners will be a Charles River development partner, providing valuable feedback on local and regional requirements, such as domestic Chinese A-shares and related derivatives, Charles River said.
