Towers Watson has appointed Sam Farrimond as Asia-Pacific deputy leader of the insurance management consultancy (IMC) practice. In this new role, he will support Keith Brooks, Asia-Pacific regional director and leader of IMC practice, by providing advisory services to insurers in the areas of strategy design, distribution and operations. Farrimond, an insurance industry veteran, is based in Singapore.

 

With 24 years of experience in the insurance industry, he started his career in the Isle of Man. He has worked for insurance and reinsurance companies in various senior corporate roles including managing director and operations director. He relocated to Asia in 2001 and prior to joining Towers Watson, he worked at Shoreline Asia, a consultancy firm he founded in 2009.
