Vontobel Asset Management has appointed Bobby Ross Bostic Jr as senior relationship manager to support the firm’s growing activities in Australia and New Zealand.

 

Since establishing a presence in Hong Kong in 2009 and in Sydney in 2014, it has now around A$9.4 billion in assets under management and advisory in Australia and New Zealand. Next to its partnership with ANZ, Vontobel Asset Management will broaden its client coverage in the institutional market with this new hire.

 

Bostic brings a proven institutional sales background to Vontobel Asset Management, combined with a strong investment acumen and over 20 years of industry experience. He previously worked at Russell Investments as an investment consultant based in Auckland, where he provided tailored investment advice to institutional clients. Prior to that, he was at Capital Group in Singapore and Sydney as director for institutional and retail distribution.
