Investment management firm TIAA Henderson Real Estate has announced the appointment of Carsten Kebbedies as head of Business Development, Asia-Pacific.
Kebbedies will oversee the development and implementation of TH Real Estate’s investment products in addition to identifying opportunities for business development in Asia-Pacific. He will be based in Singapore and will report to Chris Reilly, managing director, Asia-Pacific.
Carsten has over 14 years’ experience in the real estate industry. He joined TH Real Estate in 2006 as Transaction Structuring manager with Henderson Global Investors, based in Germany. He played a significant role in launching Spezialfonds for the German market and on advising the launch of Silk Road in 2012 to develop a portfolio of leading outlet malls in China under Florentia Village scheme.
