BOCHK gets alternate chief executive
The board of directors of the Bank of China (BOC) Group has announced the appointment Sui Yang (隋洋女士) as an alternate chief executive of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (BOCHK) with effect from 24 April 2015

The board of directors of the Bank of China (BOC) Group has announced the appointment Sui Yang (隋洋女士)  as an alternate chief executive of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (BOCHK) with effect from 24 April 2015.

 
Sui has been the chief financial officer of the BOC Group since August 2014. Prior to joining the Group, Sui served as deputy general manager of Financial Management Department of Bank of China Limited (BOC). She joined BOC in April 1997 and assumed various positions in Finance & Accounting Department of BOC including deputy general manager of Management Information System (MIS) Centre of BOC from September 2008 to March 2011, assistant general manager of MIS Centre of BOC from March 2007 to September 2008 and assistant general manager of MIS Centre and Finance & Accounting Department of BOC from August 2006 to March 2007.
 
Sui possesses extensive knowledge and experience in financial management. She obtained a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Central University of Finance & Economics (formerly the Central Institute of Finance and Banking). Sui is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
