Investment firm TIAA Henderson Real Estate has appointed William Keaveney as senior real estate analyst.

In the newly created role, Keaveney will be responsible for providing analytical support, research and analysis across core functions of the business, including equity and debt real estate investment. Keaveney will work closely with Stephen Philp, TH Real Estate Australia's head of Capital Transactions.

Keaveney joins TH Real Estate from Challenger where he was a senior asset analyst for the real estate business, providing analysis and support services for 11 years.

TH Real Estate also said it will move into a new office in Sydney's Gateway building at Circular Quay this month to accommodate an expanding team.
