ANZ has appointed Francyn Stuckey as global head of capabilities and client solutions in its transaction banking business.

Stuckey will report to managing director global transaction banking Carole Berndt.

The new role brings together ANZ’s existing payments and cash management, clearing, digital and channels businesses, to optimise delivery and service for clients.

She joins ANZ from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she was managing director and global head of strategic solution delivery for global transaction services based in London. She was previously a director of global transaction services at Citigroup.

Commenting on the appointment Berndt says: “Francyn is a recognized innovator in global transaction banking and strongly qualified to build and commercialise ANZ’s cash and trade solutions for our growing international client base.”
