Natixis has announced the creation of the Asia Pacific corporate advisory department, which provides the bank’s regional corporate clients with corporate finance and client solutions including M&A, capital structure and rating advisory, and equity capital markets.
The investment bank has named Raghu Narain, head of corporate advisory, Asia Pacific, reporting to Bruno Rigal, head of capital and rating advisory, Asia Pacific.
The bank also appointed Yves Shen as director, corporate advisory, Asia Pacific, reporting to Narain.
