Standard Chartered appoints head for debt capital markets greater China
Standard Chartered Bank announced the appointment of David Yim as head, greater China debt capital markets (DCM)

Standard Chartered Bank announced the appointment of David Yim as head, greater China debt capital markets (DCM).
 
Yim joins the bank in Hong Kong and reports to Aaron Russell-Davison, head, DCM.
 
Yim brings over 20 years of banking experience to Standard Chartered, having spent a significant part of his career building the Asian fixed income business of RBS. In his most recent role as head of DCM, North Asia at RBS, Yim was responsible for origination and execution of debt products in Hong Kong, China and Korea.
 
He also held the position of alternate chief executive at RBS Hong Kong, among other directorships at its China subsidiaries.
 

Commenting on his appointment, Russell-Davison says,  "David's years of experience in the Asia debt capital markets make him an invaluable addition as we continue to strengthen our debt origination capabilities. We look forward to David’s contribution in this key geography.”
