Hong Kong-based Convoy Financial Holdings Ltd, has completed the acquisition in August of local securities firm Cheer Pearl Investment Ltd in order to provide a comprehensive and quality securities trading service for its customers.
Becoming one a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group and has been renamed as “Convoy Securities Limited” (康宏證券有限公司). Officially commencing operation on 1 August this year, Convoy Securities Ltd is committed to providing one-stop financial services including securities trading, share placement arrangement, margin financing and IPO subscription, to individual and institutional investors alike.
Starting from 15 August 2015, Convoy Securities has relocated to Room 1406-12, 14/F, Nan Fung Tower, 88 Connaught Road Central.
Convoy Securities is a participant of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and has a license for Type 1 regulated activities from The Securities and Futures Commission. Besides, Convoy Investment Services Limited is not included within Convoy Financial Holdings Ltd
