TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.The client agrees to pay the table sponsorship fees in full, at least 2 weeks before the event.
2.Cancellations of bookings will not be accepted within 2 weeks before the event.
3.If the event is postponed, Asset Publishing & Research Limited shall endeavour to reschedule the event to the earliest convenient date, subject to acceptance by the client. If such rescheduling is unacceptable to the client, Asset Publishing & Research Limited shall refund in full all payments made by the client and client shall be under no further obligations hereunder.
