Ex-J.P. Morgan banker moves to Deutsche Bank as head of debt syndicate
Deutsche Bank has announced the appointment of Edward Tsui as head of debt syndicate for Asia. He will join the debt capital markets team, based in Hong Kong, commencing on October 17, reporting to Jake Gearhart, head of debt syndication and origination for Asia-Pacific.

Deutsche Bank has announced the appointment of Edward Tsui as head of debt syndicate for Asia. He will join the debt capital markets team, based in Hong Kong, commencing on October 17, reporting to Jake Gearhart, head of debt syndication and origination for Asia-Pacific.

 
Tsui, who has 12 years’ experience in Asia syndication, is joining the German bank from J.P. Morgan in Hong Kong, where he was most recently executive director for Asia credit syndicate.
 
With Tsui’s appointment, Andrew (Doug) Stephen, who has been assisting Gearhart with high grade and high yield syndication in the interim, will now concentrate on his role as head of private debt syndication for Asia Pacific.
