Commerzbank appoints senior representatives for Taiwan, Vietnam
Commerzbank has appointed two new heads for its offices in Taiwan and Vietnam.

Commerzbank has appointed two senior representatives for its offices in Taiwan and Vietnam.
Thomas Debelic will head Commerzbank’s representative office in Ho Chi Minh City, while Hans-Kurt Schäfer will head its representative office in Taipei.
Debelic will replace Norbert Kraatz, who has retired, in Vietnam from where he will also cover Cambodia and Laos. Before working in Taipei, Debelic headed Commerzbank's representative office in Romania. He  joined Commerzbank in 2001.
The main task of representative offices is to establish close contacts with local banks, and advise corporate customers mainly from Germany and Europe. 
The offices are also tasked to cultivate contacts with local government offices. Commerzbank is represented at 70 locations in 50 countries worldwide. Commerzbank’s Financial Institutions division maintains relations with about 5,000 credit institutions worldwide.
