MUFG hires new ABS head for Australia, New Zealand
MUFG Securities Asia has appointed Haan Ti as head of asset-backed securities (ABS), Australia & New Zealand, further strengthening its international operations.

MUFG Securities Asia has appointed Haan Ti as head of asset-backed securities (ABS), Australia & New Zealand, further strengthening its international operations.
 
Haan joined MUFG on 20 June 2016 and is responsible for developing the company’s ABS business in the region. He is based in Sydney and reports to Alan Yeoh, head of structured products, Asia.
 
Haan joins MUFG from Westpac Banking Corporation, where he was director of structured finance & syndicate, and prior to that, associate director of securitization. He was responsible for all public RMBS and ABS bond originations, syndicate and execution as well as managing asset backed commercial paper (ABCP) program. Prior to Westpac, he spent three years with HSBC Bank Australia Limited, where he was manager, debt capital market and a relationship manager for financial institutions.
