A fine wine hub in the making

When Hong Kong's financial secretary, John Tsang, announced the abolition of wine and beer duties on February 27, many people in the wine industry were stunned. The government's yo-yo policies on wine duty have meant that Hong Kong's wine duty has fluctuated between 20% to 90% and now to zero in less than 20 years. Hong Kong has certainly
