Credit Suisse names Asia-Pacific ECM co-heads
Felicity Chan and Adrian Lee have extensive capital markets experience in region
The Asset 20 Jun 2022

Investment bank Credit Suisse has appointed Felicity Chan and Adrian Lee as co-heads of Asia-Pacific equity capital markets (ECM) syndicate, reporting to Felipe Portillo, global head of ECM risk, as well as, Joe Lai and Kuan Ern Tan, co-heads of investment banking and capital markets, Asia-Pacific.

Chan and Lee will be jointly responsible for the execution and syndication of equity offerings in the region, with Lee focusing on North Asia and Chan on Southeast Asia and India, along with Australia, where she will partner with Tim Usasz, head of Australia ECM syndicate.

Chan has 18 years of investment banking and capital markets experience in Southeast Asia, based in Singapore. Since joining Credit Suisse in 2004, she has held roles across corporate finance, ECM and equity syndicate, including most recently as head of equity syndicate for Southeast Asia.

Lee joined Credit Suisse in 2012 as an analyst. During his 10 years at the firm, he has been a strong contributor to the success of our global ECM business, based in both New York and Hong Kong. In recent years, he has focused on the syndication and distribution of equity offerings in North Asia.

Both Chan and Lee will collaborate closely with regional and global colleagues to broaden the bank’s Asia-Pacific ECM platform. The bank, according to Dealogic, is ranked amongst the top three for ECM in the region, ex-Japan, year to date.
