Capital Group has launched Capital Learning, a training service for institutional and intermediary clients based in Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Capital Learning will be led by Leo Niers, head of client education, Europe and Asia, and Kyoko Shimada, head of client education, Japan. They will work together closely to develop the dedicated offering for clients.
Leveraging the firm’s investment expertise, Capital Learning will share knowledge and content with clients on investment concepts and trends, as well as provide practice management training modules. Programmes will be tailored to the needs of clients and available in different formats including interactive workshops, webinars, videos and podcasts.
The offering builds on the firm’s experience in the United States of providing training and education to clients via its practice management platform PracticeLab. The team in Europe and Asia-Pacific will leverage this expertise to partner with clients to help them achieve their goals.
