Alternatives solutions provider S64 has appointed Matt Stovold as head of Australia and New Zealand as part of its efforts to bolster its footprint in Asia-Pacific.

Stovold has 25 years of experience in the Australian financial services industry, having occupied senior leadership roles in asset management, private wealth management, and financial technology. Prior to joining S64, he has worked with Goldman Sachs, JBWere, UBS and Franklin Templeton.

According to S64, Stovold is an expert in delivering customized client solutions across investments and technology, and is therefore perfectly placed to lead the next phase of the fintech firm’s growth in the region and the expansion of its Australia unit trust (AUT) products and front-to-back technology platform.

The firm works with the world’s top asset managers and private banks across private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure and impact. It provides retail access solutions such as AUTs, European long-term investment funds, evergreen semi-liquid funds, feeders and securitized solutions.
