Commerzbank has appointment Yun Lin Goh as its regional head of sales, Asia, transaction banking, reporting to Nick Johnston, regional board member, Asia, and Brigitte Réthier, divisional head of sales, international, transaction banking.
Prior to joining Commerzbank, Goh worked at Maybank, BNP Paribas, KBC Bank and OCBC Bank covering business development, relationship management, operational risk management, and commodities and energy trade finance.
Goh, who is based in Singapore, joined Commerzbank in 2008 as a senior sales specialist in transaction banking. In 2017, she was appointed to local head, transaction banking, Singapore. During her tenure, she has developed and expanded the local sales team and successfully aligned the trade finance sales and operations teams to ensure optimal operational efficiency and stability.
“Transaction banking is in Commerzbank’s DNA and integral to our strategic plans,” Réthier says. “Goh’s deep product expertise and regional market insight will be invaluable in continuing to develop our transaction banking business across our Asia network.”
