Arthur Cheng appointed executive director in Singapore branch
The Asset 24 Nov 2021

Indosuez Wealth Management in Asia, the global wealth management brand of Crédit Agricole group, has appointed senior relationship manager Arthur Cheng as executive director in the Singapore branch. He reports to Alfred Low, head of North Asia markets and strategic partnerships at the bank’s Singapore branch.

Cheng has close to 25 years of experience in the banking industry and spent the last 16 years at senior levels in private banking. Prior to his appointment with Indosuez, he held senior wealth management roles in DBS Bank Private Bank and BNP Paribas Private Bank in Hong Kong as well as UBS Taiwan.

Low comments: “As we further expand our North Asia coverage presence, it has been exciting to see strong interest from established bankers. They are attracted by our unique ability to combine the strength and depth of a global financial institution in Crédit Agricole group, with the entrepreneurial spirit of Indosuez Wealth Management. (Cheng) is a hands-on private banker who is intimately involved in the North Asia markets, which gives him a ringside understanding of clients’ needs. We are confident that he will serve our clients well and deepen our ultra-high-net-worth coverage capabilities.”
