ADAMAS Asset Management, who support Asian growth companies primarily via senior secured credit and related structured finance projects, has announced the appointment of Brock Silvers as managing director and Richard Clarke as chief operating officer, effective October 28.
Silvers previously served as the managing director of Shanghai-based multi-asset investment and fundraising advisory Kaiyuan Capital. Prior to that he managed Asia listed equity and China private equity funds in Hong Kong and Beijing. Silvers is responsible for global development and is based in Hong Kong.
Clarke has extensive Asia investment experience and specialises in the quantification and monetization of risk. Bridging private finance at Monex Europe, investment management at AXA Investment Managers, banking at Deutsche Bank, and consulting with Andersen, he is responsible for driving the business forward as part of senior management and is based in Hong Kong.
