Tencent Cloud and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) have formed a strategic alliance to help enterprises in their digital transformation, including offering solutions based on new technologies such as cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence and Internet of Things.

Both parties will carry out cooperation in various fields, including finance and retail, to facilitate digital transformation in enterprises, and to provide enterprise architecture design for access to the cloud.

The alliance will also offer staff enablement solutions, moving employees’ work and training online through tools such as Tencent Cloud’s AI, Tencent Agile Product Development (TAPD) and WeCom, to enhance collaboration, efficiency and creativity of employees.

Being one of the top five global cloud service providers, Tencent Cloud’s infrastructure network has already covered 27 geographical regions on five continents. It has established data centres in key Asian cities, including Bangkok, Jakarta, Singapore, and Tokyo, to offer localized services to local enterprises.

Meanwhile, BCG has been ramping up its capabilities in the digital business transformation service sector. Apart from its digital centres in San Francisco and Paris, the management consulting firm has also launched a digital centre in Shenzhen, providing governments and enterprises in Greater China, Asia-Pacific as well as global customers with consulting services on digital solutions.
