Savills Investment Management, an international real estate investment manager, has appointed Lee Tredwell as head of investment for Savills IM in Australia. Tredwell will be responsible for growing Savills IM’s Australia investment platform and will report to Kirian Patel, chief investment officer.

Previously, Tredwell spent 10 years at GE Capital Real Estate, where he was responsible for GE’s equity and debt investments in Australia and New Zealand, and fund investments throughout South East Asia.
