Crossbridge Capital has introduced digital onboarding for its robo-advisor service, Connect, being the first to do so in the wealth management industry in Singapore.
Crossbridge Capital say that digital onboarding will streamline user sign-up by utilizing e-sign technology for all required documentation. It will not require a manual submission of documents or a physical visit to an office to complete a sign-up.
