Axioma has appointed Jacqueline Gaillard as managing director, people and talent. Gaillard was previously senior vice president, human resources and talent management at International Securities Exchange.

Gaillard served as ISE’s senior vice president, human resources and talent management since 2011 during a period of substantial change, after having joined the firm in 2003 as head of human resources. Earlier in her career she was vice president human resources at Reed Business Information, after holding a number of HR positions in the fashion apparel industry.
