eVestment adds new APAC currencies to analytics solution
Chinese, Indian and New Zealand currencies added to analytics solution reflects growing client interest in tracking investment trends and managing risk in APAC markets
The Asset 5 Sep 2018

In a move that clearly demonstrates the growing financial clout of its Asia-Pacific client base, eVestment, a global player in institutional investor data and analytics, has added support for the Chinese yuan, the Indian rupee and the New Zealand dollar to its analytics solution.

These additions allow eVestment clients in those countries to calculate and view performance, assets under management (AUM) and other financial figures in their home currencies.

With these additions, eVestment Analytics now supports 17 currencies, including the US, Australian, Hong Kong and Singapore dollar; the pound sterling; the euro; the Japanese yen; the Swiss franc; and the South African rand.

"As eVestment continues to grow our global client base, it's important we listen to our clients around the world and anticipate their needs," says Hans Jiang, eVestment's Asia Pacific managing director.

"We're excited to offer our clients in these countries this important service and will continue to extend our coverage to new currencies as we see the need in other countries we serve."
