LaSalle appoints strategist for Australia
LaSalle Investment Management has named Leigh Warner as a national director, research and strategy for Australia. He joins LaSalle from Jones Lang LaSalle where he was director, research and consulting

LaSalle Investment Management has named Leigh Warner as a national director, research and strategy for Australia. He joins LaSalle from Jones Lang LaSalle where he was director, research and consulting, heading the research team in Queensland and macroeconomic analysis nationally.
 
Warner, who will be based Brisbane, will report to Paul Guest, head of research and strategy, Asia-Pacific. He will play an important role in providing analysis and strategy on the property market in Australia, a key source of capital and investment destination for LaSalle.
 
Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Warner worked at Reserve Bank of Australia where he was an economist. He started his career as a researcher at Queensland Treasury in Brisbane.
 
Warner holds an honours degree in economics from University of Queensland. He is also currently a board member of Compass Housing Queensland, an incorporated, not-for-profit community and affordable housing company.
