Hamilton Lane senior executive relocates to Hong Kong
Juan Delgado-Moreira, managing director for Asia and Europe of Hamilton Lane has relocated to Asia to strengthen the firm’s presence and commitment to the region

Juan Delgado-Moreira, managing director for Asia and Europe of Hamilton Lane has relocated to Asia to strengthen the firm’s presence and commitment to the region. The firm is an independent financial institution that provides private equity asset management services.

 
Delgado-Moreira has transferred from Hamilton Lane’s London office and will be based in Hong Kong from May 2011, where he will oversee the firm’s operations for both Europe and Asia. He will lead a dedicated team of investment professionals in Asia to deliver local expertise to Hamilton Lane’s clients, which include institutions and investors based in Asia and globally. Delgado-Moreira will continue to oversee the London-based team of investment professionals.
 
Delgado-Moreira is a chartered financial analyst and Fulbright scholar at Stanford University. He holds a Ph.D in Methods/Statistics and a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2005, Delgado-Moreira worked with Baring Private Equity Partners in London.
