Established five years ago, the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center of the Philippines has served as a catalyst for infrastructure projects in the country. In 2014, the centre was particularly active, awarding three PPP projects collectively worth around US$1.8 billion. Despite its success, Cosette Canilao executive director of the PPP Center admits that there is still much more work to do in terms of creating awareness of the benefits of PPP for the country.
