Technology major Cisco has appointed Wilson Ching as general manager for Hong Kong and Macau. He will report to Ming Wong, vice president and chief executive officer of Cisco Greater China.

Ching has been working with Cisco for nearly 20 years, holding several leadership roles including leading the company's customer experience organization for Hong Kong, Macau and South China, and overseeing Cisco advanced services for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. He is taking over from Herman Lam, who has been appointed managing director and general manager of Cisco Greater China Partner Organization and Small Business.
