State Street Corporation has appointed Jeslyn Tan as Asia-Pacific head of product management. Based in Singapore, Tan will be responsible for developing and driving an end-to-end product strategy for the region. She will report globally to Brenda Lyons, global head of asset servicing product, and regionally to Mostapha Tahiri, chief executive officer for Asia-Pacific.
Tan joins State Street from Deutsche Bank, where she was most recently the global head of product management. She has 26 years of experience in the banking industry, with a history of spearheading product development, digital and technology transformation initiatives, as well as building strategic relationships with clients.
She has launched numerous award-winning products and products that were the first to market.
In Asia-Pacific, State Street provides investment servicing, investment research and trading, and investment management to asset owners, asset managers, official institutions, insurance companies and alternative investors. It has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brunei, Beijing, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Taipei, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Fukuoka, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Seoul.
