JP Morgan AM relocates multi-asset solutions strategist to Asia-Pacific
Patrik Schöwitz to relocate from New York to Hong Kong

JP Morgan Asset Management global multi-asset solutions strategist Patrik Schöwitz is relocating from New York to Hong Kong, effective immediately.

Schöwitz is a senior member of the global multi asset solutions strategy team, which is responsible for determining global economic and asset allocation strategies for both institutional and retail clients. In addition to his existing role, he will focus on enhancing our analysis and research for the Asia-Pacific region, including formulating macro thematic insights to inform the firm’s asset allocation views. He will continue to report to John Bilton, global head of multi asset strategy, JPMAM.

Schöwitz was previously based in New York between 2015 and 2018 and was based in London for the firm from 2012 to 2015. He is also a member of the committee that produces the Long-Term Capital Market Returns Assumptions, which underpin J.P. Morgan’s strategic asset allocation process.

A JPMAM employee since 2012, Schöwitz previously worked as an equity strategist at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch focused on European markets. Prior to that, he was an equity strategist at HSBC, covering Global, European and U.S. markets.
