Savills Investment Management has appointed Yo-Hann Tan to the role of managing director, client capital. Based in Singapore, Yo-Hann will report to Co-Head, Global Client Capital Michael Flynn, co-head of global client capital, and will be responsible for further developing the firm’s strategic capital partnerships in key markets including Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong.
Tan joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he was formerly chief executive officer of its Hong Kong business, head of Asia-Pacific for BNP Paribas Real Estate (incorporating Strutt & Parker) and director of BNP Paribas Real Estate Singapore. Prior to this, he held roles including senior positions in private law practice, and with Aareal Bank in Singapore.
Tan has extensive experience in international real estate investments, development and finance. He has worked on landmark transactions in Asia and Europe across the debt and equity spectrum.
