European asset manager Amundi has appointed Natacha Andermahr as its head of communications and a member of the company's executive committee.

Prior to her appointment, Andermahr had been with the communications department at Amundi since 2012, as head of press relations, corporate and digital communications, and was appointed deputy head of communications in January 2022.

Previous to this, she worked in the company’s strategic market department since 2010. She started working in the asset management industry in 2005 at Société Générale Asset Management (which became Amundi in 2010) where she was head of competitive intelligence.

Andermahr began her career as a financial journalist at Option Finance, a French financial magazine, where she became deputy editor in 2002.
