Standard Chartered appoints head of global subsidiaries
Standard Chartered has appointed Robert Snell to run the bank’s global subsidiaries business, reporting to Paul Skelton, global head, global banking.

Standard Chartered has appointed Robert Snell to run the bank’s global subsidiaries business, reporting to Paul Skelton, global head, global banking. Snell will be based in London. His appointment is effective July 1 2017.

Snell has spent nearly 30 years in corporate and investment banking, driving client coverage. He joins Standard Chartered from Deutsche Bank where he was global head of multinational coverage.

Prior to this, Rob spent 25 years with Citi in various senior leadership roles including running Citi’s global subsidiaries business and its Japanese corporate banking operations.
