Luxembourg-based investor services group IQ-EQ has appointed Sridhar Nagarajan as managing director for Singapore and regional chief executive officer for Asia, the Middle East and Africa. He will also join the group’s management team.

Nagarajan has over 30 years of industry experience and has been a part of the group’s senior leadership team since 2019. He has been instrumental in the success of IQ-EQ in the Africa, India and Middle East region, where he served as regional managing director. 

Prior to IQ-EQ, Nagarajan has had a successful career with an international bank, leading a pivotal merger and turnaround of two state-owned banks in 2015, resulting in the creation of a new financial institution. 

Throughout his career, according to a company press release, he has fostered high-performing and diverse teams, championing diversity and inclusion, and is known for his people-centric approach, strategic thinking and professional expertise.
