AXA Asia Life CEO Etienne Bouas-Laurent has been appointed as CEO of AXA Hong Kong, effective from September 1 2017. Bouas-Laurent will succeed Stuart Harrison from August 31 2017, and will continue to report to Jean-Louis Laurent Josi, regional CEO of AXA Asia. Harrison will become director and senior advisor.

Bouas-Laurent is currently focused on expanding the life and health business in the region. Prior to joining AXA Asia in 2016, he was CFO at AXA Germany and has also led the wealth management business in France.
